The protection of your personal data is very important to us at Syslifters. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.

This Data Privacy Policy applies to our service SysLeaks and is effective as of January 31, 2024.

Hosting and Data Processing

We run our service and process your data on servers from Hetzner. The provider is Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (hereinafter: Hetzner). We might log your IP address in our web server logs with a retention time of four weeks.

We cooperate with Kaduu in the provision of this server. The provider is Kaduu AG, Chamerstrasse 172, 6300 Zug, Switzerland. We transfer data your company name, contract data and domain names to Kaduu.

We send e-mails to you using Mailjet. The provider is Mailjet SAS, 4, rue Jules Lefebvre, 75009 Paris, France (hereinafter: Mailjet). If you enable e-mail transmission, we might send published plain text passwords and data leak reports about your organization via Mailjet.

The use of our subcontractors is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in our website being displayed as reliably as possible. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing takes place exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The consent can be revoked at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority.
